PLATFORM ARTSPACE @UC Berkeley

Since 2018, Professor Jill Miller has been working on the physical and conceptual design and launch of Platform Artspace on the UC Berkeley campus. Platform is a new, experimental art space that facilitates projects that are collaborative, performative, community-centered, and thrive outside of a traditional gallery setting. Planned events are an annual artist market, a video screening series, curated projects, and an artist in residency program.

The opening of the space has been delayed due to the coronavirus. Expected launch is 2021.
